The ultimate in Colorado rafting! Combine exciting whitewater with an 1,100-foot deep gorge and you have one of the best Colorado rafting trips available anywhere in the United States. Your Royal Gorge rafting trip begins in Bighorn Sheep Canyon to prepare you for the class IV-V rapids of the Royal Gorge. This canyon also has one of the largest Bighorn Sheep populations in the state of Colorado. Many of our Colorado rafting trips are rewarded with up close views of these elusive creatures, so don’t forget your camera! After lunch, you will head into the Royal Gorge where you will be challenged by rapids such as Sunshine Falls, The Grateful Dead, Sledgehammer, and Boat Eater.

One hour from Colorado Springs!
This trip departs from River Runners at the Royal Gorge – only one hour from Colorado Springs. Choose from half day or full day whitewater adventures.

To participate in the Royal Gorge Adventure-Class Whitewater trip guests must be in good physical condition and able to swim. Please call if you are unsure if this trip is appropriate for any individual in your party.
