How to Book Your Group To make your job easier we have compiled a simple checklist that will simplify the process of organizing a large group. When you order your Group Organizer Kit you will also receive a reservation form and sign up sheet that can easily be filled out.

Choose a date and a time. Call us for availability.
Book the trip. Send a 50% deposit within two weeks of booking. Be sure to include the number of participants and children under the age of 13.
Send final payment 14 days prior to the trip date.
