Buffalo Joe's Whitewater Rafting offers a variety of outdoor employment opportunities. Two offices located along the beautiful Arkansas River will allow you to enjoy your summer in Colorado and experience one of the most exciting and challenging jobs you have ever had! We are currently in the process of accepting applications for the 2008 rafting season. There is a limited number of places (for both experienced and inexperienced guides), so be sure to get your application in as soon as possible. First Time guides should have applications in by March 1st 2008. Experienced guides should have their First Aid, CPR, Complete Guide Logs, and any other river or medical certifications turned in no later than May 1st 2008. We recommend contacting Buffalo Joe's in late January to start the application process. If you are not suited to becoming a river guide we also have various other job opportunities available which are listed below. If you love the outdoors, are athletic, and great with various types of people, please fill out the on-line application listed below. Although it is not required, one can also help the chances of getting the desired job by sending a picture along with a cover letter explaining why you think that you would be an ideal river guide candidate.
